I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me and send item back within: 14 days of delivery.
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

·           Custom or personalised orders

·           Intimate items (e.g. earrings)

Conditions of returns
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


Returns coming from outside the UK

For returns coming from outside the UK, please take care if a customs declaration form is required, to correctly mark the goods as 'Returned Goods'. This will ensure that no additional customs fees are incurred. In the instance that an item is incorrectly marked and a customs fee is incurred, this will be passed onto the customer and may also delay the return process.


I can repair your jewellery

Your jewellery comes with a 3 month warranty. During this period I will repair any manufacturing fault free of charge. A fault includes a broken clasp, broken earring fitting, split solder joint, etc. General wear and tear or customer damage is not included in the 3 month guarantee; this includes broken/chipped stones, bent out of shape rings, tarnished jewellery.
